I did call down to front desk who were not interested in what I had to say and I completed a contact form online and had no response.
The main pool was dirty but we didn't want to go into the water - just relax by the pool. However, it did not re-open and we were told it was closed for the season. A storm hit on the Saturday and the pool was understandably closed. We enjoyed a few days chilling by the pool - one of our main reasons for being there. We were advised that we would have to request housekeeping if we needed it but we did notice that the room has been cleaned on a few days where we didn't request it. The room was fine and the casino/hotel was great. This was my 5th visit to The Orleans and always my 1st choice when visiting Las Vegas from the UK.
